Pretty good…. So this all started when I wanted a Santa Cruz, I was trading in a Camry and I wanted to know a “ballpark” of a trade value prior to driving an hour to this dealer. My sales guy “Zay” was cool but became unresponsive via text and I got tired of him telling me I had to come in to get a ball park value. I live in Roseville California and I drove to Vacaville to buy my last car, a Veloster and now my current car a Tucson after a poor experience with the Hyundai dealership near me. The Hyundai car pricing, rebates and warranty are second to none son I was willing to take a chance at drive to Vacaville. I bought my first Hyundai there and I just got my second one their too. Different staff but same great customer service. Now I can't see buying a car any where else.
May 19, 2017, Bought a beautiful 2013 preowned 1.8 Hundai Elantra Limited through Zack and Ed. These gentlemen were informative, respectful, and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the dealership, was shown multiple cars, and went home in my new car. I am pleased to say the pricing was great and I left in about an hour, feeling like family! I went in with my wife after a horrible experience at roseville huyndai. We wanted to test drive a 2016 genesis. Theyou had one. But they were really busy. They gladly brought someone over from the Nissan side to assist like. Mark who helped us was very pleasant. They asked us what we were willing to pay for it. We offered a fair price. They did not haggle. They did not pressure us. Mark even bought my wife snacks with his own money since she was hungry. The process was easy and painless un like roseville.
